This module will synchronize a channels' userlist with the channels chanserv access list giving/taking user privileges according to the access list.

The SYNC command is restricted to channel founders.

  Comments:
  Working perfect in 1.8.7 , also one small recommentation to add in the /chanserv INFO the SYNC option inside to know that this channel using this mode, also to send into the LogChan an message that the user has enabled/disabled this option!
