Enable/disable automatic voicing of users on a channel.
Providing Commands:
/msg ChanServ HELP AUTOVOICE
/msg ChanServ AUTOVOICE #channel {REG|ALL|STATUS|OFF}
REG - Will autovoice all registered users.
ALL - Will autovoice all users.
STATUS - Display autovoice status for the given channel.
OFF - Disable autovoicing.

This module have 1 optional configuration.
Copy/paste below on services.conf
# CSAvoiceDBName [OPTIONAL]
# Module: cs_autovoice
# Use the given filename as database to store the avoice data.
# If not given, the default "autovoice.db" will be used.

it seems to work fine, for founders, but even with SRA and SOP channel access, I get 'Permission Denied' - I thought it was default SOP/10 or higher? I Kinda like that it's founder based, I was just curious. I have also edited the help line saying SOP can use it.

nvm i got it fixed by creating the db for it :)

This module seems to overwrite the database file when services is restarted. meaning everyone has to reissue the command to turn autovoice on for their channel. Pretty annoying. A fix would be awesome
