With this module its possible to have more than one founder in a channel.
Simply add an user with access lvl 9999 to the channel access list.
On next join/identify he will get mode +q and nearly all founder rights in chanserv.

Version 5.0:Tested with anope 1.9.1 and InspIRCd 1.2
Version 4.1:Tested with anope 1.8.2 and UnrealIRCd.
