This module will turn the logchan setting in '/msg operserv set' on at startup

  Note: will not compile on windows... this is do to no AnopeFini called... the way i see it, it will still compile and run and load/unload on linux... Module unloading status: 0 (Module, Okay - No Error). well this module not working on windows is 'acceptable losses'.
  on that note the dll compiled in the fourms is un-supported, and running a ircd or services server on windows or any type of server on windows is a oxymoron. thats my stance. deal with it
