This module record user total online time

And show user's total time on ns info:
eg.

-NickServ- ysfm is currently online.
-NickServ- For more verbose information, type /msg NickServ INFO ysfm ALL.
-NickServ- Total Online Time: 1 days 1 hours 0 secs ve 52 mins.
