This module allows services opers to add, remove and list custom swhois's for users.

Many thanks to Adam who didn't know it, but helped me quite a lot with this module, and for writing the one I based this one on.

  You now have a choice of setting swhois for each nick, or for the group.
  
  
  The syntax is simple:
  /OS SWHOIS nick ADD whois message here
  --or--
  /OS SWHOIS nick CLEAR
  
  
  Config notes:
  useaccount: if set to yes (default), will cause the SWHOIS message to be associeated with the user's account rather than just the nick.
  notifyonadd: if set to yes will notify the user that their swhois is activated when the oper adds it.
  notifyonlogin: if set to yes will notify the user that their swhois is active when they identify/login.
  
  The first adds the message to the user's whois output, while the second clears it. Note that on many IRCDs the oper whois uses the same field and will overwrite the services swhois upon opering.
  
  Add the following to your services config file (operserv.conf normally)
  
  module { name = "os_swhois"; useaccount = yes; notifyonadd = no; notifyonlogin = no; }
  command { service ="OperServ"; name="SWHOIS"; command="operserv/swhois"; permission = "operserv/swhois"; }

  My initial version of os_swhois.
  
  You have to set a swhois for each nick, not for a group, in this version. If I get requests for adding it to groups, I will expand it.

  I do have one comment/additional feature request, though. I'd love it if os_swhois would work per account, kind of how vHosts can do due to Shutter's commit (https://github.com/anope/anope/commit/051a42b547ee5ec40be09f5dc9fce2f202792ada)
