This module adds a command to ChanServ (AUTOLIMIT) to automatically manage a channel user limit.
Limit of the channel will be changed to <number of current users> + <number> each <interval> seconds

Usage
/msg ChanServ HELP AUTOLIMIT
/msg ChanServ AUTOLIMIT <channel> SET <number> <interval>
/msg ChanServ AUTOLIMIT <channel> DEL
/msg ChanServ AUTOLIMIT <channel> SHOW

Oper command: /msg ChanServ AUTOLIMIT LIST
