Description:

Services Opers/Admins/Roots nickserv greet message will be displayed on a channel upon joining a channel. The greet message will be displayed only on channel(s) which they don't have access (in order to prevent double greeting from BotServ).

This module have no configurable option.

    This module would fare better to be made a bit clearer to the fact it requires Botserv specifically to run.

    Maybe change its name to bs_greetoper :)
