This module allows users to migrate their databases from one encryption method to another (or none). For example to migrate from the broken md5 implementation to the newer correct implementation.
The module supports switching between all available encryption type and when switching from no encryption to any encryption, the migration is instantaneous. In all other circumstances, the process is done gradually.

  I've had this update on the shelf for quite some time now, though lacking any user feedback I've decided to simply publish it hoping someone will have the decency of informing me how it works under live conditions..

  Release Notes:
  Initial release.
  It still needs some work, but the core should already work. It mainly needs some testing. (Hence the reason i m posting it.)
  This version should ideally be used with latest anope SVN or 1.7.22, but it should also work with regular .21..
  
  This is a beta release!!!
  Using this on a live network is not recommended!
  
  Windows support will be added when the module is no longer considered beta.

  Only funkiness is the messaging through Operserv.
  [15:04:22] -> *operserv* modload enc_switchover

  Yet in the log files, it said everything worked as it should.
